“Hi, I'm Alisha,
Thank you for so much for being here. I am lead creative and designer of all things Novea. Creating bridalwear is something I feel incredibly grateful to do.
When I was back at university studying textile design I never dreamed I would be designing an entire collection of bridal gowns. If you went back and whispered into ‘little me’s’ ear that one day she wouldn’t just be playing brides with her Barbies; that she would get to sketch out real wedding dresses to be worn by real brides to wear, she wouldn’t believe you!
Designing bridalwear has always been about more than imagining beautiful gowns. For me, it's about creating pieces that make every bride feel confident, magical and entirely herself on one of the most memorable days of her life.
I have truly loved creating Volume I of the Novea story. It has been a journey of designing pieces that reflect everything Novea stands for, and I hope you and your brides fall in love with this collection as much as I have loved creating it.
Thank you for being part of the beginning of the Novea story. I can't wait to see how each bride makes these gowns her own. Seeing your real wedding photos is always such a joy for me!
